With Sale of homes it is important that everyone has the correct information, it is important to reach out to the HOA to get Resale Certificates prior to closing.
Current HOA fees $200 initiation fee, $130 for 2017, and $150 annual fee for 2018 (Please contact the HOA for resale certificates)
For HOA Payments, checks should be made payable to Lexington Estates HOA and be sent to Mervin Shaffer, Secretary/Treasurer, Lexington Estates HOA, 140 Champions Drive, York Haven, PA 17370
