Important Updates

Recently Newberry Township had a meeting in reference to turning the vacant land across York Haven Road that Jim Gibson donated to the township for a future township Park.


Many homeowners within Lexington Estates have had questions in reference to timelines on when the Park construction would begin or what the plan was going to be. Recently the donated ground was donated to Red Land to build a Baseball complex. The most recent Newberry Township Board Meeting, members had been briefed on the proposal of the complex and had a draft drawing. The drawing depicts 3 ball fields along with a Tot Lot/Playground area and walking paths.


The plan and proposal was approved by the board, more information can be found in the minutes on Newberry Townships webpage under minutes.


We also held a Planning Committee meeting for the upcoming HOA meet and greet/block party. If you are still wanting to volunteer, please let one of the board members know or simply email us.

With that being said, construction on new homes will be peaking again and prospective homeowners are going to be coming and going. We have finally begun construction on Phase 2!!!

We would like to bring the community together with having our first community block party and getting a chance to meet all the neighbors. If you would like to participate in the planning committee please reach out to one of the board members or email us at lexingtonestates@yahoo.com 

Please remember any outdoor structure that requires building or moving needs to be approved by the HOA and the developer. (Sheds, pools, fences, etc..) Please contact the appropriate person.
